Survive the Killer! is a free Roblox game by Slyce Entertainment. A server holds up to 13 players. One player is the killer. The others are survivors.
The listing states the split directly. Survivors hide, save teammates, and escape together. The killer tries to eliminate players before they escape or the timer ends. Credits on that listing name Dued1, Dev_Anthony, and TattedZach as creators, and Chaotic_Cody and Dev_Anthony for STK v2.0. That v2.0 line is a credit, not a patch note for the October 29, 2026 listing timestamp.
What the first round asks you to do
- Join from the official Roblox page and wait until the lobby finishes loading.
- Learn crawl before you care about the shop. Computer uses Shift, mobile uses the down arrow, and Xbox uses LT.
- If you are a survivor, treat a hit as a health-state change, not an instant loss, until the exits open.
- If a teammate is down, walk up to them. A revive starts from proximity. There is no separate revive button in the mechanics notes.
- At four minutes, two exit doors open. Follow the yellow arrow, then walk through the glowing door.
- If you are the killer, one swing downs a survivor. Leave the body instead of standing on it, then check nearby hiding spots.
Health, then the doors
Survivors move through three states: Normal, Wounded, and Very Wounded. Wounded is described as a hurt left arm. Very Wounded adds a broken leg. A hit starts a HELP ME revive bar. If nobody revives in time, that player dies even if another health state was left.
The same notes list other instant losses: a stab while Very Wounded, resetting, a stab while every other survivor is already down, a stab after the exits open, or touching an insta-kill barrier by glitching out of the map.
Closed exits look like large metal doors that do not match the scenery. When they open they show a green icon. Escaping grants a short invincibility window before the lobby teleport, so a late stab in the doorway is not the documented outcome.
Around 1:20 left on the timer, move toward an exit and hide nearby rather than starting the run only when the doors unlock. If the killer checks your door, the notes suggest moving to the other door without being seen.
What not to buy yet
Knives and killers are collection items. Some knives are said to differ in range, but this guide does not have a current range table, so do not buy from a tier graphic. Read the coin and XP guide before you spend. The roster page separates starters, level rewards, shop killers, gamepasses, toy codes, and limited names.
Codes on night one
Do not hunt a settings menu for a code box. Promo codes go through Cody in the lobby, and the code archive currently lists none as active. If Cody is missing, that matches the September 1, 2025 interface note: he appears only while a code can be redeemed. Toy-code killers are a different counter, at the Treasure Chest beside him.
