Recipes are unlocked, then crafted at the Crafting Table in the lobby from knives you already own. This page does not list ingredient pairs. A full recipe board was not in the materials used here, and inventing combinations would waste knives.
Ways a recipe is documented to unlock
- Level milestones. A crafting tour shows recipes labeled with levels such as 30, 35, and 40, then higher. The tour does not publish every level, so read the label on the table in your lobby.
- Map finds. The same tour points at a recipe pickup on the Mines map near bones. Treat that as an example of a world pickup, not a complete map checklist.
- Shop consumables. Some later recipes are described as coming from the consumables shop.
- Codes. MINING awarded the Charcoal Slycer and the Motherlode Slycer crafting recipe. CRAFTING awarded the Iridescent Slycer crafting recipe. Both codes are in the expired archive.
Cody may be absent
The crafting tour's narrator says the clips are old and that Cody was not in the game at the time of recording, so code recipes could not be claimed then. That matches the September 1, 2025 note that Cody appears only while a code is redeemable. If he is missing, there is nothing to type. Do not keep retrying MINING or CRAFTING on the assumption the NPC is just hard to find.
What to do at the table
- Open the Crafting Table in the lobby and read which recipes are locked.
- Unlock the ones tied to your level by playing rounds. XP sources are revives, escapes, and killer rounds.
- For a map recipe, use the label's location. Do not roam every map looking for an unmarked scroll.
- Craft only when you already own the named ingredients. The table is the confirmation, not a guess from a similar knife name.
Charcoal Slycer can still be a knife you own from the old MINING code. Owning it is not the same as owning the Motherlode recipe if the code was only partly claimed. Check the recipe list rather than the knife inventory alone.
